How much do you charge?

From $1.5 to 2.0 per page. The price will increase if the manga is unusually wordy or if it will require additional image editing due to text style (text directly on image). The full cost of translation must be paid before I begin working on it. Larger works can be broken into parts and worked on separately if you prefer.

Transactions will be done via paypal.

What do you translate?

Japanese to English for manga. I mostly get commission requests for adult content, though.

How long do you take?

Depends. If it's a short chapter, I can get it done in a day or two if there aren't anything else in my backlog.

manga recommendation: Yandere Kanojo

Don't know about you, but I sure enjoy this mango. It hits all the right spots for me.

Was introduced this by a friend yesterday. It tells the tale of a guy and a girl who fell in love with each other at first sight, but the girl's a delinquent and is shy with revealing her softer side, thus making it the perfect breeding ground for stereotypical tsundere scenes ("I-i-it's not like I w... want your cellphone number... I... It just might come in handy when I need to call you!").


4 chapters were translated to English thus far (of which you can download using either one of the links below), and they're (mostly) in 4-koma format and pretty light in text, so do give it a read if you're bored and would like something light to burn away the few minutes of your life :3

    This seems similar in setting to Onidere, don't know if you've checked it out. It's about this rediculously strong delinquent girl who's in (mutual) love with a boy but can't reveal her 'weak' side to her gang so plenty of sudden beating of the guy ensues when the gang members surprise them and she has to convince them he's only a punching bag. :p

    I was just going to mention Onidere as well. Manga Fox describes Onidere like this:

    "Tadashi is in his second year of junior high school and is a member of the handicraft club and loves nothing more than knitting. Unfortunately he's in secret relationship with Saya, the member of a notorious all-girl gang, who says she will kill him and herself if anyone is to find out about it."

    The "Oni" in onidere comes from her personality and the fact that her hairstyle makes it look like she has horns. :-)

    Hmm... I prefer Onidere, which is, as others already mentioned, similar in the basic premise... But still, this is a nice short filler in between.

    Even as everyone brings up Onidere, I find this one much funnier. Thing about the 4 panel format is the limited space makes for simple jokes. Sounds easy, but it works so well. I must keep an eye on it.
