unknown author - children's plaything

So here's a release, courtesy of Whyld. The father marries a new wife, went away for work for a long time, horny wife becomes the two son's plaything, and thus the title.  I have no idea who the mangaka is, so a little help please? :D

    Heh, having one's collection properly indexed sometimes pays off... However, without blackinmind and barnie correctly spotting the author I wouldn't have found out, so props to them.
