    Last order is the failed last clone of misaka, loli version, accelerator is a badass who the scientists of DOOM are attempting to level up by making hundreds of misaka clones and throwing them at him.

    He gets his name from his ability to change the vectors of anything he touches, he creates a HUEG plasma ball by fucking with the winds, and wtf-pwns a virus by rewriting someones brain chemistry.
